Everything starts with a Behavioural Assessment. Held in our home-from-home office at our purpose-built training facility set in beautiful countryside, free from distractions, it gives us the full picture - your dog's history, triggers, temperament and your goals. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
All work begins in our purpose-built indoor facilities - a safe, controlled environment that sets your dog up for success from day one. We build confidence and understanding here before gradually progressing into real-world environments.
No two dogs are the same - so neither are our programmes. Following your assessment, we'll recommend the right programme for your dog and build a structured plan around their specific behaviour, history and your long-term goals.

Your Programme
Built Around Your Dog. Focused on Your Goals.
After your assessment, we'll recommend the programme that best suits your dog. Every programme is individually structured around their behaviour, history, temperament and your goals.
What they all share is the same outcome: a dog you can actually trust in the real world - and an owner with the confidence and understanding to keep that progress going long after the programme has finished.
Everything Included in Your Programme:
Equipment Package
You'll receive everything you need for your training journey with us - from leads, treats, toys and more. We don't leave you guessing what to use or how to use it.
Intensive Immersion Sessions
Gareth and Carley work directly with your dog, starting in their purpose-built facilities where controlling the environment is vital. Using their helper dogs, they build solid skills into your dog to help set them up to succeed before progressing into real-world environments. This is where the heavy lifting happens - structured, progressive sessions that rebuild confidence, build emotional skills and change the way your dog experiences the world.
Dedicated 1-to-1s With You
We pass the skills directly to you. These sessions are about building your understanding, your confidence, and your ability to read and respond to your dog. Your dog will already have the skills we are teaching you, which makes things a whole lot easier. The results only last if you're part of the process.
Real-World Group Practice
Near the end of your journey, you'll be meeting clients just like yourself - working in controlled, safe environments where your dog practises the skills they've learned alongside other dogs.
Direct WhatsApp Support
As soon as you sign up for your programme, you receive direct access to Carley and Gareth in your own personal WhatsApp group. You'll receive homework and video guidance before your sessions even begin. For every walk, every question, every moment of doubt - Gareth and Carley are with you throughout the entire programme, not just during sessions.
Our Guarantee
If you complete your programme and don't see a significant improvement in your top concerns, we'll keep working with you - at no extra cost - until you do. We take the risk so you don't have to. We only take a limited number of dogs into each programme at a time - not as a sales tactic, but to ensure every dog gets the individual focus and consistent results they deserve.
Our Goal
What We're Going to Achieve Together
We want to replace anxiety with confidence, frustration with enjoyment, and avoidance with freedom. We want you to feel proud walking your dog again. To explore new places without fear. To enjoy the adventures you imagined when you first brought them home.
Because rehabilitation isn't just about changing your dog. It's about giving you both your world back.
"We don't just focus on changing your dog's behaviour - we focus on changing your experience of owning them."
A Calm, Thinking Dog
We work on the root cause of the behaviour - not just the symptom. Your dog will learn to look to you for direction instead of escalating. The change happens from the inside out.
Stress-Free Freedom
Walks in public. Other dogs. Busy places. Cafes. You'll be able to go where you want, when you want - with confidence. The 5am walks and the constant scanning stop here.
Skills That Last
Gareth and Carley handle the intensive work - then pass those skills directly to you. You'll understand your dog in a way you never have before, so the results stay with you for life.
Specialist Work
Helping Dogs Overcome Fear Aggression at the Vets
No dog should be denied access to veterinary care because of fear or aggression. We work closely with vets and physiotherapists - and receive referrals from them - to help dogs that struggle in clinical environments.
Whether it's muzzle training, handling desensitisation, or a full programme to reduce vet-related anxiety, we build a plan that makes every appointment manageable - for your dog, and for you.

We Understand
Living With a Reactive Dog Affects Far More Than Your Walks.
It changes your routine. You start crossing roads to avoid other dogs. Leaving the house at 5am or 10pm just to avoid people. Constantly scanning the horizon, hoping nothing appears around the next corner.
You stop visiting your favourite places. Days out become stressful. Holidays feel impossible. Friends stop asking you to join them. Every walk feels like you're waiting for something to go wrong.
Many owners tell us they feel embarrassed, judged by strangers, anxious every time they clip the lead on, and overwhelmed by the responsibility of managing their dog's behaviour.
Our goal is to change that.

No pressure. No hard sell. Just honest advice and a clear plan.
Every journey starts with a comprehensive behavioural assessment. We'll identify what's driving your dog's behaviour, discuss your goals, and create a tailored roadmap for success.
You'll also meet one of our carefully selected helper dogs, allowing us to demonstrate the foundations of our approach and show you what's possible.
